Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Job description
- – Build a good image of the company.
- – Foster good relations with customers (Airlines) and airline passengers, and all stakeholders in the area / area of airport work.
- – Conduct daily briefings to coordinate with supervisors and other workers
- – Carry out tasks according to the SOP and direction of superiors
- – Check and ensure the suitability of the identity of the passenger between ID card / passport and identity on the boarding pass with the aim of not having errors or data errors on the passenger.
- – Check passenger boarding pass to see flight routes and registrations as well as flight hours and waiting rooms so there is no mistake in entering the boarding gate
- – Answering any questions a passenger might have about their trip
- – Keep passengers up to date on any changes to flight information
- – Respond calmly and professionally to customer complaints
- – General administration duties
- – Following security procedures
Syarat Pengalaman :
Work experience min. 3 years in the same field
- Experience and requirement summary
- – Age max. 30 years
- – Work experience min. 3 years in the same field
- – Free of drugs, psychotropic substances, illegal drugs, and other additives
- – Work on Shift
- – Can speak and write in English. (not prioritized)
- – Can work in teams and be able to work under pressure
