Purchasing – Exim
Requirements:
1. Female.
2. Age between 25 – 35 years old.
3. Holding at least Diploma Degree in Secretary Academy or equivalent (GPA min 2.75).
4. Having at least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Export– Import).
5. Good communication in written & spoken English and Chinese.
6. Excellent skills in using MS Office (knowledge of relevant software).
7. Able to do multitasking of duties, good initiative & teamwork, and work well under pressure.
8. Having excellent administrative, correspondence, communication & negotiation skill.
9. Having good attitude, honest, discipline, energetic, mature, excellent interpersonal skill with service oriented attitude, warm and confident personality, pleasant, organized, systematic, and fast respond.
10. Willing to work in long hours (full time position is available).

Responsibilities:
1. Organize and coordinate procure arrangements.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day purchasing operations.
3. Provide procurement administrative support for reporting.
4. Organize, arrange, and coordinate purchasing schedule, and other procurement events with contacts and supplier.
5. Organize and maintain the local & overseas procurement cycle.
6. Develop procurement procedure by manage time of order, time of delivery, and procurement requirements.
7. Monitor procurement performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the variances of procurement impact.
8. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Procurement or equivalent.
9. Job role in Management or equivalent.
