Reservation Supervisor Support serves an important role in providing information to customers by use of Email, Instant Messaging, telephone and other communication media. The information that Lintang Buana provides relates to fare details, tours, schedules, meals, and other important issues that affect clients.

-Male/female with minimum of D3(Diploma in Tourism/Travel/Hospitality)
-Maximum of 24 years old
-Fluent in English and able to communicate well in a perfect Bahasa Indonesia
-Computer (Office) and Internet literate
-Understand simple math and its implementation in Spreadsheet
-Attentive,details oriented, good inter-personal skill and service oriented
-Honest,responsible,discipline,and able to work under pressure
-Pro-active, well organized and able to work individually or within a team/group
-Have interest in the development of tourism, hospitality and travel world
-willing to travel outside of Bandung as part of skill improving program as well as experience enhancement
Operational Support job duties and responsibilities entail the following:
1.Giving answers to inquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
2.Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking.
3.Walking around with clients and ensuring that they secure whatever services they are in need of.
4.Ensuring that clients have access to various services without a hitch.
5.Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
6.To market and sell holiday products to the customers and meet the set sales targets.
7.Discuss the client’s wants and needs.
8.Provide information about the best destinations places, tours, accommodation and transport.
9.Organizing promotional materials for the company.
10.Addressing any complaints that could arise from the customers.
11.To notify clients of their bookings and days of travel.
12.To maintainrecord of transactions and make a daily report to his/her superior
