Responsible for coordinating and analyzing customer segmentation & behavior. Tracking and reporting competitor offering & promotions. Coordinating & analyzing product performance. Monitoring strategy of local segmentation, customer retention & loyalty. Requesting & leading for internal & local market research. This position is for Sumatera Area.
Requirements :
w Bachelor Degree, major in Marketing
w Fluent English, verbal and writing communication
w 3 – 5 year experiences in the same field from Telecommunication or IT industry
w Advance knowledge in Marketing for ATL & BTL and thru the line activities, WOM (word of mouth marketing) & community marketing
w Advance knowledge for Telco market, especially for market in Sumatera
w Ability to analyze marketing programs to report on effectiveness of various marketing programs
w Proven ability to quickly and effectively change focus in a rapidly evolving e
