Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • • Work with business development to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages communicated effectively
  • • Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Team
  • • Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities
  • • Liaison with Technical Manager to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales team
  • • Responsible for understanding business and technical aspects including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
  • • Responsible for staying on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • • Monitoring and managing the technical pre-sales & related post-sales environments
  • • Provide pre and post-sales technical to the Account Manager
  • • Understand, analyse, identity and recommend customer’s business and solution requirements
  • • Verify configuration of the proposed solution upon request
  • • Coordinate requirement for prooft of concept with Product Management and Client
  • • Assist Account Managers in preparing a full proposal process, design, propose solution to meet customers requirements and specifications
  • • Assist tender technical compliance and design solution that meets the tender requirements/specifications
  • • Involve in implementation of hardware and software
  • • Full – Time position(s) available

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Kualifikasi :

  • • Male
  • • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Science & Technology, Business/Administration Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
  • • Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • • Preferred experience work for S1 (System Integrator) or IT product principal
  • • Applicants must be willing to work in Slipi, Jakarta Barat

Keahlian :

  • Certification in IT specialties is preferred (MCSE, MCSA, MCBD, HPCP)
  • • Deep knowledge in IT product especially virtualization, Data Center, Server, Storage & Network infrastructure
  • • Hands on experience in installation/ deployment and Project Management is a plus
  • • Experienced with either HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu server, HP, NetApp, EMC Storage would be a plus
  • • Experienced with either Microsoft Server, SQL, Exchange, Oracle DB, MySQL, HyperV would be a plus
  • • Ability to perform System Administration on Windows OS, Linux OS, Mac OS, and Unix OS is a plus.
  • • Ability to do presentation for a large group of audience
