Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Job Descriptions:
  • 1. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person. This is to be done for each buyer persona within the enterprise
  • 2. Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must
  • 3. Integrate content activities within traditional marketing campaigns
  • 4. Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals
  • 5. Ensuring the implementation of developed standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies
  • 6. Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics
  • 7. Working closely with all creative team member to create a strategy for developing accurate content materials and editorials that provides real value to worldwide audiences
  • 8. Participate in creative session for projects brainstorming and kick-offs, work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, contributing well-developed ideas during brainstorms and conceptual meetings
  • 9. Supervising and manage the editorial staffs and content specialists to produce both written and visual communications, and must be able to deliver daily, even hourly, content that is fully optimized to gain visibility over digital pathways
  • 10. Responsible for the digital media creation and multi-channel publication of all content materials (text, video, audio, animation, etc.)
  • 11. Following work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and matrices
  • 12. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • 13. Manage multiple vendors when needed, including to define how to monitor their works
  • 14. Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story leaders in all content verticals
  • 15. Develop proper time management to ensure projects are delivered on time
