Sales Executive for Paint Coating Company

This positions are available for Bekasi, Medan and Balikpapan

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain good business relationship with customers
2. Identify and penetrate into new potential customers base
3. Achieve annual sales targets and growing sales through key projects
4. Identify key projects in the market and follow up at early stages
5. Regular visits to customers, conduct presentation/technical discussion, handling of sales enquiries, sales quotations and secure sales orders
6. Follow through on key aspects of order fulfilment, timely delivery, after-sales service & bill collection
7. Perform sales analysis & generate relevant reports monthly to management
8. Support and carry out sales and marketing initiatives

Syarat Pengalaman
Sales for Paint Coating product

1. Degree / Diploma preferably in Engineering. Those from Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering will be added advantage
2. Minimum 3 years of related experiences from Marine / Oil & Gas / Protective / Coating / Business to Business industry
3. Achiever with proven sales track record
4. Good business network / contact
5. Dynamic, strong drive for success and customer-oriented
6. Good integrity and business acumen
7. Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
8. Able to conversant in English
9. Computer literate
