We are looking for Country Sales Admin and Coordinator for our partner:

Our partner is a multinational manufacturer and trading company in the fields of Industrial Steels distribution, Vega Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA Engineering, exclusively supplying its products, providing customer support and technical services to customers from its offices worldwide. And now Vega Industries Middle East through it’s subsidiary company PT Vega Industries Indonesia is seeking a suitable person to fills vacant for Sales Admin and Coordinator (SAC).

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Jobs Decription:
  • • Efficient handling, filing, distribution and online posting of sales orders
  • • Efficient filing and matching of quotations to enquiries
  • • Efficient handling, filing, distribution and posting online of customer orders
  • • Preparation, filing and sending of Customer Order Acknowledgements/Confirmations
  • • Opening, maintaining and correctly filing up to date customer order files with copies of all relevant documents
  • • Efficient handling, forwarding and filing of shipping documents
  • • Efficient communication with customers by telephone/fax/e-mail with order and delivery status
  • • Preparation of invoices, packing lists and ship docs
  • • Efficient handling, forwarding and filing of Letter of Credit documents
  • • Follow through with transport/customs clearance
  • • Stock / logistic coordination for orders
  • • Efficient handling of queries and requests from Vega personnel and overseas offices
  • • Efficient telephone answering, message taking and handling of correspondence
  • • Follow up on collections
  • • General Office Administration Work
  • • Proper running of Office
  • • Preparing online payments for approval
  • • Liase with external bookkeepers and group accounting
  • • Checking / approval of purchase invoices and ensure proper flow of documents
  • • Petty cash
  • • Various Ad hoc duties

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 1 year in the same field

Kualifikasi :

  • Qualification:
  • 1. Minimum Education – University Graduate all majors
  • 2. Proficiency in English both Writing and Speaking (TOEFL Min. 500)
  • 3. 2-3 years of experience in Secretarial work will be an advantage (Highly preferred).
  • 4. Able to work independently with minimum Supervisor
  • 1. Age preference – 28 to 30 years
  • 2. Minimum 1 year experience
  • 3. Able to Join ASAP.
  • 4. Indonesia citizen (WNI)
  • 5. Willing to work at Kuningan, South Jakarta
