Our Client is a high-end Beach Club in Seminyak, consisting of lounge and bistro outlets. They host Michelin Starred guest Chefs and other high-end events on a regular basis.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- The ideal Candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a fine dining environment as CDP or Sous Chef and will be comfortable falling in behind the Chef de Cuisine while supporting his vision and leadership at all times. Will be fully in charge of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine and must be a natural leader with the highest levels of communication skill, kitchen hygiene practices, administration and general organization. Advanced knowledge and excellence in fine dining essential. The ability, passion and flare to cook and present food consistently at a 5* level and be able to speak English are a must.

- Working Hours:
- Flexible, must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
- Salary Range:
- IDR 10-15 million per month, negotiable depending on experience and skill + standard benefits
- Preferred Age range:
- Shortlisted Candidate will be subject to cooking test

- Food Presenting
