Our Client is a Casual Gastro Café in Ubud Center which is owned by a well-established restaurant group .
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef or head chef. Will be fully in charge of the kitchen operation and must be a natural leader with the highest levels of communication skill, kitchen hygiene practices, administration and general organization. Advanced knowledge and excellence in plating and flavours is essential. The ability, passion and flare to cook and present food consistently at a high level and be able to speak English, with a good personality and great people skills. This is a small venue with an open kitchen so the successful Candidate will be confident in greeting and engaging guests during service.

- Flexible, must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
- Salary Range:
- IDR 8-15 million per month, negotiable depending on experience and skill + standard benefits
- Preferred Age range:
- Shortlisted Candidate will be subject to cooking test
