Job Description :

Own comprehensive pre and post launch product plans and go-to-market plan for new products and services
Work with cross functional teams, channels, events, and partners to share and drive product adoption and impact growth
Craft product positioning, messaging, and materials in light of competitive landscape that can be used by business development team to educate merchants and partners on new products/features
Identify market opportunities by understanding target segments, Pasy value propositions, unmet needs and competitions
Develop an understanding of Pasy core products to communicate features
Create new online and offline market and teach people how to shop easy using Pasy
Job Requirement :

BA/BS degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications.
Professional experience in managing complex online and offline consumer marketing campaigns at a media, web technology, or brand company
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
A sharp eye for detail, proven project management, and multi tasking skill
A strong focus on market development and demand generation
Proficiency in data analytics
The ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
An assertive, resilient and persuasive personality
Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Marketing atau fresh graduate

Kualifikasi :
