ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Overall management of day to day operations, manage and monitor daily production activity
• Controlled that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Produce Procedure plan in accordance with customer specifications and needs of customers
• Maintaining & coordinating warehouse and PPIC daily routines
• Monitoring, Planning & analyzing production planning, scheduling delivery order, and inventory control
• Improve productivity & contribute cost efficiency & effectiveness activity
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Responsible for facilitating, coaching, and educating the respective team to achieve team goals, company goals and customer delight
• Develop and implement production targets, control production costs to budgeted limits
Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical engineering
• Have 5 years experience in manufacturing company with min. 3 years experience in managerial level
• Technically inclined preferably with previous experience in mechanical handling
• Good knowledge in practical engineering practices
• Excellent knowledge in production management, process control
• Having extensive knowledge in PPIC & Warehousing system
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Systems would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, and fluent in both oral & written English is must.
• Candidates must domicile at East Java.
• Good leadership and able to lead more than 200 employees in the factory
• Able to work to targets & good teamwork
• Candidates must dynamic, have positive attitude, communication skill, self motivated, smart worker with strong analytical and generic problem solving skill.
