Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and daily activities of the cafe
• Supervise company cashflows from day to day activities
• Organise supply purchases and keep stock records
• Liaise with outside vendors
• Take customer bookings
• Ensure F&B items and services satisfy company specifications
• Help serve food and drinks if needed
• Organise food and beverage events, promotions and advertising
• Provide information about the cafe and its services to customers and prospects

Skills and knowledge:
• business management knowledge, including budgeting, accounting, sales and marketing skills
• knowledge of food and drink preparation and presentation
• ability to plan and organise catering for functions such as weddings or conferences
• awareness of their competitors’ prices and services, and market trends.

Required Characteristics:
• Male or female, max. 35 years old
• Do not mind working with animals, especially cats
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, though candidates with good managerial background will be prioritised
• Experience is a plus – though not necessary; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Candidates with previous experience in related fields will be prioritised
• Willing to work six days per week, including weekends
• Able to work independently while multi-tasking
• Personable and a team player
