Warehouse Supervisor (WS-AS)
Job Description :
* Prepare items according to invoice.
* Maintain order and cleanliness of warehouse.
* Stock taking (stock opname).
* Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
* Manage Warehouse, Driver and Delivery staff.
* Negotiate and purchase goods from suppliers.
* Keep adequate stock level for all items.
* Take full responsibility on any other duties as required by Branch Manager.
Requirement :
* Min S1 degree from a reputable university.
* Max 35 years old.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervisory level in pharmaceutical/ consumer goods distribution or as purchasing.
* Able to work long hours, Saturdays.
* Strong leadership, teamwork and organization skills.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
* Professional attitude.
* Discipline, meticulous, courteous and a quick learner.
