HRD Manager (GA-Legal)
• Plan and manage recruitment of professional and classified employees.
• Make, organize, and arrange of benefits management, salary administration, and job classification.
• Identify, manage, organize, training & development needs for employees, recording managements, employee relations, and human resources information systems.
• Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and SOP / HR & GA Systems.
• Implement and monitor performance management system.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.
• Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
• Provide a variety of employees services, ranging from research to time and leave reporting to the interpretation of the Board of Regents code, state classified rules and related regulations.
• Job role in Management or equivalent.

Syarat Pengalaman
at least 5 years

Kualifikasi
• Male.
• Age at least 30 years old.
• Holding at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Law / Psychology or equivalent (GPA min 2.75).
• Having at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication in written & spoken English.
• Excellent skills in using MS Office (knowledge of relevant software).
• Generalist human resources experience.

Keahlian
• Have knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management, relevant legislation, and regulations.
• Able to organize recruitments, employment regulations, and personnel managements.
• Experience in training modules / as a trainer.
• Able to do multitasking duties, good initiative & teamwork, and work well under pressure.
• Having excellent administrative, correspondence, communication & negotiation skill.
• Having good attitude, honest, discipline, energetic, mature, interpersonal skill with service oriented attitude, warm and confident personality, pleasant, organized, systematic, and fast respond.
• Willing to work in long hours (full time position is available).
