S&G Biofuel is a multinational Singapore base company invested by Samsung C & T Korea engaged in the business of plantation and Palm Oil Mill, expanding our operations here in Indonesia. We require highly qualified personnel for the following position:
HRD MANAGER (HRM) – RIAU
Requirement:
* Male / Female, age max. 40 years old
* S1 degree major psychology / Law / Management
* Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training, General Affairs and Safety, Health & Environment
* People & relationship management skills
* Competent in computer literate (Microsoft Office) and HR Applications
* Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
* Preferable can communicate in English
* under pressure
* Preferable can communicate in English
* To Be Located Riau
