Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for maintenance of all production equipments
* Responsible for building maintenance
* Responsible for online performance of OEE KPI
* Lead subordinates in performing day to day activities
Specific Requirements:
* Having knowledge and experience in implementing six sigma methods, total productivity maintenance, administration of engineering data
* Understand & Experience handling PLC & program language (Omron) and Maintenance Management (Autonomous, Preventive and predictive maintenance).
General Requirements:
* Min 3 years experience in supervisory function
* Bachelor degree from electrical or mechanical engineering for maintenance supervisor
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* English & computer literate
* Flexible, good initiative & independent
* Good leadership skill & team approach.
* Ability to identify and pursue new ideas, solutions, methods or opportunities to increase productivity & quality
* Know effectively how to deal with change & resistance
