Infrastructure Head (IFS HEAD) – Triputra Agro Persada Group
- Male with max. age 40 years old
- Possess min. S1 degree in civil or architecture engineering with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
- At least 5 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure aspect such as civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, building structure, construction, architectural also familiar with RAB and progress report.
- Firm in decision making, strong in planning, organizational, leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia and fluent in English both oral or written is a good advantage.
- Having pleasant personality with highly self-motivated, good analytical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.
