1. Relationship Officer (RO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
a) Developing and maintaining the prime, existing, and new clients
b) Maintain a good relationship with prime, existing and new clients
c) Create and open potential network
d) Having sufficient knowledge of banking products
e) Identify clients’ credibility
Requirements:
a) Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
b) Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scale)
c) Good communication in English is a must
d) Customer service oriented and result oriented
e) Experienced in the same field are preferable
2. Customer Service (CS)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Delivering day to day services and handling customer complaints
a) Handling client inquiries and correspondences relating to account balance, opening account, bank reference, etc
b) Ensuring that client account documentation are updated and in order with regulations of BI
c) Handle all documents relating to the opening and closing of client accounts Monitoring, controlling the customer balance in client accounts
d) Assisting in all other operations activities when and where possible
Requirements:
a) Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
b) Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scale)
c) Good communication in English is a must
d) Having a good interpersonal skill
e) Fresh graduated are welcome, experienced in the same field are preferable
