Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Strong with experience in HRM and HRD is a plus
- Manage and implement of performance management system , career development, succession plan, talent management
- Manages administration and maintain such as recruitment, training development, Safety, Work Permit Visa, Payroll and General Affair salary structure, compensation benefits, performance appraisal.
- Organized and supervises administrative tasks
- Coordinate between Top Management with each Team Manager
- Developing HR Policy and Implement
- Enable organization culture
- Manage Employee Relationship
Syarat Pengalaman :
Min 5 years as HRGA in one company
- Urgently Needed Position: Assistant Manager for GA and HR 
- Location: Karawang
- Age: 35-40
- Gender: Male
- Education: S1 – Psychology / Law
- Language: English Communicative
- Experience: 5 years as HRGA in 1 company in Japanese company
- Salary: IDR 8.5 juta
- Strong skills and knowledge about Law ( Company regulation , Industrial relation and Manpower )
- Strong leadership and good communication
- Able to work under pressure
