We need :
OPERATIONAL RISK ASSURANCE MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop Operational Risk Assurance Framework across the Bank
* Act as lead when conducting operational risk assurance target reviews
* Report result of risk assurance target reviews and provide recommendation to respective management
* Monitor on-going implementation of Risk and Control Self Assessment Program by Business/ Function across the Bank
* Introduce Risk Awareness program across the Bank through training and socialization
* Monitor progress and effectiveness of Risk Awareness program implementation by Business/ Function
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years in Banking including 2 – 3 years of experience in Operational Risk
2. Has comprehensive knowledge of general banking processes and products, including inherent risk and control
3. Good people management, high integrity, risk focus, good analytical skill and attention to details
4. Ability to prepare comprehensive report, presentation and training material in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
5. Has an experience in managing small team
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
7. PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
8. Proficient in written and spoken English
