Urgently Needed Collection Supervisor to work at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia division consumer mass market.
Job Location : Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Manado, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Medan, Langkat, Labuhan batu, Semarang
Jobs details: Coordinate the activity and productivity from team leader level until field collector under its supervision to maximize the achievement of target ammount collected. Monitoring the movement of accounts handled by each collector field is under its supervisor. Responsible for the cost and minimize credit delinquency rate and maximize the debtor’s repayment rate. Operational Standard validate routine.
Job Requirements:
* Education : S1 graduates from all majoring with max age 35 years old
* Has an experience in banking collection, insurance, or leasing company at least for 2 years
* Has an experience as a leader or supervisor for 1 years
* Target oriented and able to work under preasure
* High dedicated responsible to the job
* Has own vehicle and active driving license
