Responsibilities:
•Capable to lead and develop a team of advertising sales to achieve target.
•Plan, organize and control all aspects of advertising sales
•Manage, mentor and evaluate direct sales team
•Ensure the team reaches the sales target
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree, have 2 years experience in management level in sales (preferable in media company)
•Proven ability to develop business oportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation.
•Good understanding of marketing new media techniques
•Possess strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
•Possess strong leadership
•Good planning and organisational skills
•Have excellent in English (oral and written)
