In the Asian region, our operations include countries such as Australia, China, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. We are looking for a qualified candidate to be positioned in Pandaan, Pasuruan for the position: TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST ( FRONT OFFICE ) ( For 4 Months )

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Receiving and distribute ingoing and outgoing calls/ fax
  • • Prepare monthly report (stationary consumption, catering, travel authorization)
  • • Arrange the schedule of Meeting Room and Visitor Room
  • • Order catering for all employee
  • • Arrange the delivery of document (Local / International )
  • • Arrange ticket and hotel reservation for employee when on business trip
  • • To serve the request of stationary from all employee

Syarat Pengalaman :
Experience minimum 2 years in the same field is preferred

Kualifikasi :

  • Key Requirements
  • • Possess at least Diploma degree from Tourism / Hotel Management or related field
  • • Good proficient in service procedure such as receiving guest, telephone handling, and booking ticket / hotels
  • • Good communication skills for maintaining good relationship with internal colleagues and customers
  • • Willing to work as a temporary employee for 4 months

Keahlian :

  • • Active in English both oral & written.
  • • Computer literate in using Windows and MS Office
